More About Me…
Kristin Easley, Licensed Professional Counselor
A Space to Be Honest, Heard, and Understood
Life doesn’t always follow the path we expect. Anxiety, depression, grief, or a major life transition can leave you feeling unsteady — and you don’t have to carry that alone. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I offer women a warm, compassionate space to be fully known, without judgment or pressure to have it all together. My work centers on women’s mental health: anxiety, depression, grief, and the transitions that reshape how we see ourselves. My hope is that every client leaves our work together understanding herself more deeply, equipped with practical tools, and living a life that feels authentic.
Education & Credentials
I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania, and am a Board Certified Counselor (NCC) through the National Board for Certified Counselors.
Areas of Specialty
I work extensively with anxiety and depression, grief, and life transitions — career changes, relationship shifts, new stages of motherhood, or simply outgrowing who you used to be. I also have particular experience with women’s health during the perimenopausal and postmenopausal years, and I offer couples counseling grounded in the same collaborative, faith-integrated approach.

Faith at the Center, Not the Sidelines
Faith isn’t a separate part of life for many of the women I work with — it’s woven through everything, including healing. That’s why I integrate biblical principles, spiritual reflection, and prayer directly into sessions when it’s welcomed, alongside evidence-based approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, these help clients notice unhelpful thought patterns, sit with difficult emotions, clarify their values, and respond to life’s challenges in healthier ways. Every course of therapy is shaped around the individual — never a fixed formula.
A Note on Fees
I welcome self-pay clients, and my goal is to build a relationship where you feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to grow, and equipped to take the next step forward.
