I’m Kristin Easley
Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, or a season of significant change. You do not have to walk through those experiences alone.
As an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor, I provide a warm, compassionate, and supportive space where women can feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. My work focuses on women’s mental health, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and grief, with an emphasis on helping each client better understand herself, develop practical coping skills, and move toward a life that feels meaningful and authentic.
Faith is an essential aspect of who we are, and I believe it has an important place in the therapeutic process.
Therefore, I intentionally integrate faith into my therapeutic approach rather than treating it as a separate or optional component of care. Counseling incorporates biblical principles, spiritual reflection, prayer when desired, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). These modalities are incorporated to help clients recognize unhelpful thought patterns, navigate difficult emotions, clarify their values, and develop healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges. Therapy is collaborative and tailored to your individual needs, because there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, experiencing depression, processing a loss, or simply trying to find your footing during a major life transition, therapy can offer a place to pause, reflect, heal, and grow.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. You simply have to be willing to begin.
